The Two Election Campaign Managers Of PM Pashinyan; Erdogan & Aliyev
It is not the first time that a high-ranking Minister in the government of Sultan Erdogan is expressing an unwavering dedication to the notion of saving the destiny of the Pashinyan regime, and the survival of Armenia’s Prime Minister well beyond the elections of June 2026.
Many figures from the inner circle of Pashinyan studied in Turkish academic institutions, and they were strongly predisposed to serve the Turkish State under the war cry of
“ավելի լավ է լինել Թուրքիայի շունը, քան լինել Ռուսաստանի ստրուկը”
English translation: “Better be the dog of Turkey rather than be the slave of Russia”
Losing valuable assets managing key positions within the Pashinyan government, is detrimental to Turkish national interests, and for this critical reason Turkey strived hard to ensure the success of the "Velvet Revolution of 2018", and interfered more than once in Armenian internal affairs to shape and colour the political landscape of Armenia.
Turkey’s first attempt to save the Pashinyan government took place in Feb. 2021, when Pashinyan repeated over a period of several days, that senior officers of The Armed Forces of The Republic of Armenia are actively pursuing a plot to assassinate him and/or to depose his government. Meanwhile, what the senior officers of the Armenian Army did, was the simple release of a statement blaming the defeat of the 44-Day war on Pashinyan’s tragic miscalculations and reprehensible decisions he personally adopted without consulting the army.
Needless to say that Pashinyan failed to provide any solid evidence about the "Coup" being prepared by the Armenian army to topple his regime, and Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) did not succeed in backing Nikol’s fabricated narrative with tangible facts and remained silent, neither denying the accusations nor confirming the presence of a plot.
The NSS remained silent, but the biggest support to the allegations made by Pashinyan came from former Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, who twitted on Feb. 25, 2021 the following message: “Wherever a coup takes place in the world, we condemn it. We also strongly condemn this attempt in Armenia. We will act appropriately if any form of violence is used against the government of Armenia."
Last week, history repeated itself, and Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan (former head of Turkish intelligence-MIT) decided to meddle in the internal affairs of Armenia by stating to the media;
- “As you know, elections are expected in Armenia at the beginning of June; that is an important stage. However, we see that Prime Minister Pashinyan currently holds a leading position in public opinion polls. We truly support his constructive role in the peace process. It is necessary for this approach and political will to continue.”
Fidan’s assertion that Pashinyan “holds a leading position in public polls” is a plain lie designed to polish the tarnished image of a Prime Minister, perceived by a significant portion of Armenians as the “Manchurian Candidate” of Turkey and Azerbaijan.
Since June 2025 multiple opinion polls and surveys indicated that under ideal conditions Pashinyan enjoys the support of only 13% of the Armenian population. The 13% figure was so alarming to foreign experts, analysts, and think tanks, that many of them, especially the ones close to The US Administration insisted that “As the 2026 Armenian election approaches, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is facing fierce opposition from both Russia and the diaspora. He will need the help of Europe, the United States, and regional neighbours to advance his ambitious foreign policy.”
In Carnegie’s technical jargon-Pashinyan “will need the help of…” is a euphemism for unless millions of dollars and Euros are delivered to Nikol to buy votes, he has no chance to succeed in the elections of June 2026.
The euphemism Pashinyan “will need the help of “regional neighbours to advance his ambitious foreign policy”, means without Turkey’s and Azerbaijan’s meddling in the internal affairs of Armenia, and serious efforts to paint a very rosy future for Armenians under the leadership of Pashinyan, the two Turkish Tribes who consider themselves “Two Nations One State” will lose the most important “Asset” they have ever managed to plant in The Office of The Prime Minister of Armenia.
Between now and June 2026, every Armenian voters must read and memorize the following dire warning of Octavia Butler:
“Choose your leaders with wisdom and forethought. To be led by a coward is to be controlled by all that the coward fears. To be led by a fool is to be led by the opportunists who control the fool. To be led by a thief is to offer up your most precious treasures to be stolen. To be led by a liar is to ask to be lied to. To be led by a tyrant is to sell yourself and those you love into slavery."
If you extend Pashinyan’s stay in The Office of The Prime Minister of Armenia beyond June 2026, you will be selling yourself and your loved ones into Turkish slavery. For more details read:
