Artsakh The Inadequate Response

Almost two weeks ago I published an article titled “Under Pashinyan’s Rule The Civil Contract Party Is Above The Law.” I analyzed in my article the findings of the 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭-𝐎𝐂𝐂𝐑𝐏, disseminated to the international media under the title of “𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡: 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬.” We all know that corruption in Armenia is not strictly confined to the offices of the Civil Contract Party (CCP).
