How PM Pashinyan Turned Armenia’s Justice System Into An Instrument Of Repression

Almost two weeks ago I published an article titled “Under Pashinyan’s Rule The Civil Contract Party Is Above The Law.” I analyzed in my article the findings of the ๐Ž๐ซ๐ ๐ง๐š๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ ๐‚๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž & ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ-๐Ž๐‚๐‚๐‘๐, disseminated to the international media under the title of “๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐‚๐š๐ฌ๐ก: ๐ƒ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ƒ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐…

We all know that corruption in Armenia is not strictly confined to the offices of the Civil Contract Party (CCP). Under the watchful eyes of PM Pashinyan, corruption has moved well beyond the rank and file of the CCP, spread its tentacles to every single ministry, undermined every principle of fundamental justice, and turned the judges and key bureaucrats of the Justice Ministry into disposable items mobilized to serve the personal ambitions and survival of the “Pashinyan Dynasty.”

Yesterday (Jan.14), journalist Lucas Leiroz published an article titled “Pashinyan’s judicial outrage: How the prime minister turned Armenia’s justice system into an instrument of repression.”

Mr. Leiroz’s findings are mind boggling, and if they highlight one critical point, it would be the methods used by the rebels of the “Velvet Revolution of 2018” to convert State institutions into efficient tools of repression extremely well synchronized to silence any form of opposition that may threaten, even remotely, the chances of PM Pashinyan to score a victory in the elections of June 2026.

Between now and June 2026, every Armenian voters must read and memorize the following dire warning of Octavia Butler:

Choose your leaders with wisdom and forethought. To be led by a coward is to be controlled by all that the coward fears. To be led by a fool is to be led by the opportunists who control the fool. To be led by a thief is to offer up your most precious treasures to be stolen. To be led by a liar is to ask to be lied to. To be led by a tyrant is to sell yourself and those you love into slavery."

If you extend Pashinyan’s stay in The Office of The Prime Minister of Armenia beyond June 2026, you will be selling yourself and your loved ones into slavery. For more details read:
