His name is Alen Simonyan. From very humble family origins he carved up for himself a niche in the porn industry. Overwhelmed by the injustices heaped by “The Old Guard" on the Armenian nation, he stepped into the realm of Armenian politics and together with his boss, Nikol Pashinyan, the architect of the “Velvet Revolution” a.k.a “Turkish-Azerbaijani Revolution”, Simonyan accepted the challenges of liberating a nation from the choke hold of oligarchs determined to exploit ruthlessly a nation.

With the support of foreign powers, wedded to the oratorical skills of a mediocre journalist turned into a street rebel promising the moon to any Armenian willing to listen to his sociopathic messages, Pashinoglu emerged triumphant in 2018 from the “Velvet Revolution" without bloodshed, and claimed the ultimate prize-The Office of The Prime Minister of Armenia. 

Like every demagogue sociopath obsessed with power, Pashinyan had to reward his lieutenants generously in order to buy loyalty and guarantee a solid future for the “Revolution”. Slowly but surely, Alen Simonyan was assigned to the position of The Speaker of The National Assembly of Armenia.

In many articles we wondered for a long time, how the Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, started his journey as a “Civil Servant” with an annual salary of 560.000 drams in 2018 and by May 2023, Mr. Simonyan declared an annual income of 70 million 100,000 drams, and a stash of 24,065,000 drams in cash.

Its seems that Mr. Simonyan forgot to mention in his declaration of May 2023 that he owns a 25% stake in a “Luxury” construction project valued at an estimated $40-50 million USD. If we take the conservative estimate of $40 million USD, Mr. Simonyan’s share will be $10 million USD.

But how did the Speaker of The NA conceal his identity and avoid any reference to his substantial share in a multi-million dollar project? Mr. Simonyan used a very common widespread technique, known in legal/prosecutorial terminology as "Straw Man". The following is the definition of “Straw Man” in legal terms: 

"A person who legally owns something in name only. This is done to hide the identity of the real owner. The straw man does not make any real decisions about the business."

And who is the “Straw Man” (SM) concealing the identity of Mr. Simonyan, and what are the facts surrounding his involvement in the luxury construction project known as “The Pallada Tsaghkadzor complex”?

SM’s name is Edgar Avagyan. SM’s only legitimate income is a salary he gets from a TV channel officially run by Simonyan's wife. Back in 2017, Mr.Avagyan filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying a loan of $44,000 USD to two commercial banks operating in Armenia. Mr. Avagyan, from 2017 to 2023, failed to pay the two banks, and today he still owes the amount of $44,000.

Yet, through “Divine Intervention” and miraculous events, Mr. Avagian who failed to cover a debt of $44.000 USD, managed to find in his bank account close to $10 million USD, and invested it in “The Pallada Tsaghkadzor Complex”.

When was the last time your “Heavenly Father” rewarded you so generously that from bankruptcy in 2017 you found yourself in the possession of $10 million USD, and you invested it in a construction project worth $40-$50 million USD?

The revolutionaries of 2018, Pashinoglu and his cronies, who condemned the corrupt practices of “The Old Guard”, have turned corruption into an art. For more details use the following link:

Obviously, integrity and honour are two qualities non-existent in every political figure wielding power today in Armenia. The “Velvet Revolution” or “The Turkish-Azerbaijani Revolution” destroyed the moral fabric of the Armenian society. In the Arab culture you have the following famous saying: The strength of a nation rests on the moral values that sustain the identity of a nation. Destroy the moral values and the nation will collapse.

The former porn actor Alen Simonyan, his boss Nikol Pashinoglu and his cronies are slowly pushing the Armenian nation to the brink of total collapse.

Since 2018 Armenia has been the victim of a great scourge due to the myopic foreign policies of PM Pashinyan. Devoid of common sense, lacking a basic understanding of history, and unable to grasp the geopolitical realities of the Caucasus, he is currently pursuing the disastrous attempt to introduce international observers to monitor and contain the new wave of Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces (AAF) incursions into Armenian territory.
